Our Returns Promise

We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items (see exceptions below). All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation

Style Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits unless faulty. Please choose these items as carefully as you would select couture.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Liverpool-based customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]” and include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (helps us improve your future shopping experiences)
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage your items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation (we’ll email you a returns slip if needed).

Step 3: Ship Your Return

You may choose your preferred carrier, but we recommend using a tracked service. Send to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color in our stylish dresses, jeans, or skirts? Simply indicate this in your return request. We’ll:

  1. Process your return as above
  2. Ship your new item once the return is received (standard shipping fees apply)
  3. Priority process exchanges to minimize your wait time

International Returns Note:

For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions), please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund any original customs duties or taxes.

Faulty Items

Found an issue with your premium trousers or shorts? Contact us immediately with photos of the fault. We’ll either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost
  • Refund in full including original shipping
