Shipping Options

We offer two premium shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Hassle-Free Returns

While we carefully craft our dresses, jeans, shorts, skirts and trousers for perfect fit, we understand sometimes adjustments are needed. Our 15-day returns policy ensures your satisfaction.

Return Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by original order confirmation

Style Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits unless faulty. Please choose these items as carefully as you would select couture.

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage items securely in original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Process
